In addition, Executive Chef Chris Jones has created a three course tasting menu ($45) including a butter lettuce salad with toasted walnuts, fresh chevre, & pomegranate vinaigrette. Main course Atlantic diver dcallops with parsnip purée, trumpet mushrooms, brussels leaves, & beet beurre blanc. For dessert, Coeur a la Crème with blood orange anglaise.
